Definition
The best definition of Developmental Delay is defined as a condition that illustrates a serious delay in the process of a child's development, though it goes not reference a condition in the case that the child is vaguely or briefly falling behind in their development.
Though it has been said that Developmental Delay is mostly referred in children who are between the ages of 0 and 8 years of age. As it is a primary area of exceptionality is that finding the cause of the child's development lagging can be hard to find or to pinpoint it.
However, though it has been said that Developmental has many causes, such as genetic causes, or even with complications with pregnancy or at birth, or with prematurity or medical infection.
